The heat is on at the Hot Springs Hotel.

The sister and brother team of Kat and Randy Mathis don't know what's in store for them when they inherit this oasis in the desert.

Randy immediately springs into action, hiring a staff of stunning young girls to fill each and every position...whether they need them or not. He hires a tennis pro, even though there are no courts; a golf pro, without a golf course actually in place; a chef who can't cook and a lifeguard who can't swim. This boy is not as dumb as he looks.

The smart, savvy and beautiful Kat is all business when it comes to running Hot Springs Hotel. But when she finds she can't handle the job alone (what with Randy's extracurricular activities) she enlists the aid of her best friend, sexy Lacey to help. Together, they are a cunning and devious team, who will stop at nothing to get what they want. Kat and Lacey maintain their charm and elegance at all times, but these two gorgeous women are not opposed to letting their hair down when an attractive opportunity arises...they may be particular, but they're never shy.

Rounding out our family is Theo, the bellboy. The ever reliable Theo is reliable enough to ignore the customers, chase all the women and still find time to catnap on the job. Of course, if you ask him, he's not paid nearly enough.

Each week Randy attempts to show he's a competent businessman, only to watch it blow up in his face. All the trouble he causes invariably leads to sex-sational fun for the guests...and the staff of girls...and Randy when he books groups of scantily clad cheerleaders, playful beauty contestants or best of all, nudists! This leaves Kat and Lacey with the job of saving the hotel from scandals, bankruptcies or corporate takeovers.
