It is New York City. A high-tech corporation. Webster, an executive played by Ethan Wayne (The Bold And The Beautiful) explores the Internet, and is caught red-handed by Kathy Shower (American Kickboxer, Married People Single Sex 2, Playmate Of The Year). She warns him that he will have to face the sinister president of the corporation portrayed by Jeff Conaway (Grease, Taxi).

But Webster cannot resist the lure of the Love Link Network. In the Cyberbar, he meets Silky, played by Kelly Burns (Piranha, Solitaire). Amanda played by Tane McClure (Sherman Oaks, Caged Hearts) introduces her to men along the beach, but Silky is addicted to cybersex. Even if it means chasing from New York to California, Webster is determined to track her down in the real world...
